史琳

史琳,女,汉族,1982年2月生,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,辽宁沈阳人,中共党员。2010年10月来校任教,主要研究方向为功能食品及天然产物中活性物质的研发。获荣誉称号辽宁省百千万人才工程“万人层次”、沈阳市拔尖人才、沈阳农业大学天柱山青年骨干教师。台湾中正大学博士后,原沈阳军区总医院博士后。中国中医药信息学会食疗分会理事,中国化学会会员,沈阳市营养学会理事。

为本科生讲授《食品营养学》、《功能性食品及其评价》、《食品试验设计与数据处理》、《专业英语(食品)》等课程;为研究生讲授《天然产物化学》、《食品科技英语文献精讲》、《食品生物技术专题》、《功能性食品》、《现代食品营养学》课程。其中,《食品试验设计与数据处理》课为学校精品课、线上线下建设一流课。主持或参与的教学项目5项,指导的本科毕业生论文获校二等奖1项。主编科普读物2部,参编教材2部。授权专利3件。

主持国家自然科学基金青年科学项目1项,中国博士后基金1项,辽宁省自然科学基金1项,辽宁省教育厅基金2项,沈阳农业大学校级基金2项,横向课题4项。作为第一作者或通讯作者在 Food Chemistry、Journal of Functional Foods、Food Science and Human Wellness、Foods、Chemico-Biological Interactions、Journal of Asian Natural Products Research、Helvetica Chimica Acta等学术期刊发表论文12篇。发表的论文多次获得辽宁省自然科学学术成果奖二等奖、三等奖。
