束弛,男,汉族,1987年5月生,博士,讲师。原籍江苏省宜兴市,中共党员。2018年7月来校任教,主要研究方向为功能食品资源开发及生物活性评估。
参与讲授本科生课程《食品发酵工程概论》、《食品微生物学》、《食品微生物实验》等课程。其中,《食品发酵工程概论》为辽宁省精品课;《食品微生物学》为沈阳农业大学校级精品课。曾任CRO公司高级技术支持,参与评估设计多项生物医学课题。参加的特色浆果深加工关键技术创新及产业化应用项目获2018年辽宁省科技进步奖一等奖。在Journal of Functional Foods, Fungal Genetics and Biology, Journal of Soils and Sediments, Science China-Life Sciences等学术杂志发表论文10余篇,第一作者或通讯作者文章四篇。其中,SCI一区一篇,二区论文2篇,论文总影响因子12.764。
