束弛，男，汉族，1987年5月生，博士，讲师。原籍江苏省宜兴市，中共党员。2018年7月来校任教，主要研究方向为功能食品资源开发及生物活性评估。

参与讲授本科生课程《食品发酵工程概论》、《食品微生物学》、《食品微生物实验》等课程。其中，《食品发酵工程概论》为辽宁省精品课；《食品微生物学》为沈阳农业大学校级精品课。曾任CRO公司高级技术支持，参与评估设计多项生物医学课题。参加的特色浆果深加工关键技术创新及产业化应用项目获2018年辽宁省科技进步奖一等奖。在Journal of Functional Foods, Fungal Genetics and Biology, Journal of Soils and Sediments, Science China-Life Sciences等学术杂志发表论文10余篇，第一作者或通讯作者文章四篇。其中，SCI一区一篇，二区论文2篇，论文总影响因子12.764。
