檀德宏

檀德宏,男,满族,1968年2月生,博士,讲师,原籍辽宁北镇县。2010年2月来校任教,主要研究方向为食品毒理学。为本科生讲授食品毒理学、食品卫生与安全学、食品免疫学等课程;其中,食品卫生与安全学为学校一类课。在 Food Chemical Toxicology、Chemico-Biological Interactions等学术杂志发表论文10余篇,其中SCI二区论文3篇,总影响因子22.9。
